2 Bobbins offers engaging sewing clubs for children aged 7 to 11 years old. Our hands-on program aims to teach kids essential sewing skills, spark their creativity, and foster love for the textile arts.
We aim to inspire the next generation of sewers providing a fun and engaging environment for kids. Our sewing club focus on developing skills that foster creativity & confidence in young learners.

Stages
SUN STAGE 1

At 2 Bobbins, Sun stage 1, will introduce your child to sewing basics tailored for their ages.
They will learn about sewing tools and crochet pins, learn to use a blunt ended needle in an embroidery project and lots more to improve their steady hands.

At 2 Bobbins, Sunset stage 2, will introduce your child to measuring and pattern making. Threading fine eyed needle and basic stitches, tailored for their ages.
We strive to ensure real life applicability of their skills and ask that at this stage they come in with items that they can attempt to mend.

At 2 Bobbins, Sunset stage 2, will introduce your child to measuring and pattern making. Threading fine eyed needle and basic stitches, tailored for their ages.
We strive to ensure real life applicability of their skills and ask that at this stage they come in with items that they can attempt to mend.
Part of the functional projects, would include drafting apron patterns, tracing on fabric, cut and stitch waist aprons whilst fostering a sense of community and collaboration within the group.

At 2 Bobbins, Moon stage 3, will have your child perfect their steady hands and knotting skills, measuring pattern drafting and cutting, they will learn about fabric types and get introduced to a sewing Machine, including how to thread a sewing machine.
Making a short for the summer time, and crocheting a hat for the winter time, will be the project to conclude their Journey at 2bobbins.
